Initiate the Request
Log into your NIDA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
